In 2014, JHU is phasing out the JHEM e-mail system. Many of the JHEM users will be moving to Microsoft Exchange instead.
The Whiting School of Engineering (WSE) IT Group has put together a list of instructions for users to configure their mail clients to work with Exchange. You can find these instructions at: http://wseit.engineering.jhu.edu/get-help/jhem-to-exchange-user-instructions
