WHY:  Blaze has developed an issue that requires a shutdown, config check and reboot.  It should take 30 minutes.  During that time, there will be no email service in or out on the Grad network.  You will not be able to send or receive mail (IMAP/POP/etc.) through blaze (smtp.cs.jhu.edu).  Also, DNS might be slow or non-existent, depending upon your client's own configuration.
