| − | Not an outage, per se, but a required firmware upgrade (to fix a problem) to controllers that are part of a virtual machine server that hosts various CS Dept. servers. Although, we expect the controller card firmware upgrades to run transparently, there is always a remote chance that an updated firmware might not run properly. If that should occur, we will move our virtualized server operation over to a backup system, and are prepping our systems so that a change-over should be quick. Again, this is only if needed.
