JHU NETWORK OUTAGE

- We see that "hopkins" wifi is back up and running. Not sure if that's everywhere, but it is now allowing connections in Malone Hall.
- Since CS uses it's own DHCP, we cannot currently tell if the rest of JHU is working properly.
