While CS IT Support offers support for certain Computer Science Dept's IT-specific services and JHU IT offers their own IT support for its Enterprise services, the Whiting School of Engineering (WSE) has its own IT Support team for several services WSE offers to various WSE departments. As a CS Department affiliate, many of your CS IT services will come from CS IT Support as outlined in our Scope of Services. Occasionally, however, for certain services or issues (e.g. related to your own or CS-purchased computer or to research computing, etc.), we may refer you to WSE IT. Note that for research computing support, WSE IT can provide you services for administering your research systems or helping you spec out your research server equipment.
