CS IT STAFF AVAILABILITY
- The CS IT Support staff is back in Malone Hall. Our group is working a hybrid schedule with some of us working remotely on certain days, while others of our team are on campus.
- We continue being available M-F, 8:30 to 5pm, but there may be certain times we might be online only.
- Therefore, please remember to email support@cs.jhu.edu for assistance.
- Also, please have Zoom available on your device(s), so that we can arrange to contact you using that method, as an alternative to in-person communication.
- For the time being, Steve DeBlasio, our accounts liaison, is providing a virtual version of his daily office hours for accounts, etc. Email support@cs.jhu.edu for details.

- WHAT: MH 122 (and its breakout rooms) will be closed for the summer due to a CLSP workshop being held there.
- WHEN: Wednesday, June 5 through Monday, August 5. On Tuesday, August 6, the room becomes available to CS again, with ugrad1 through ugrad12 and the lab's printer returning to the room on sometime during August 6 and August 7.
- NOTES:
- The MH 122 Linux systems, ugrad1 through ugrad12, will continue to be available, but only remotely via ssh until they are moved back into MH-122 sometime during the Tues Aug 6 and/or Wed, Augu 7. There will be some downtime for those systems on 8/6 and/or 8/7 as the systems are transferredback to MH 122.
