PLANNED CS SERVICE OUTAGES

WHAT: Rebooting gradx and ugradx

WHEN: Friday, Oct 28 starting at 8am.

DETAILS:

We need to reboot both gradx and ugradx (grad and ugrad nets' compute servers) this Friday morning, 10/28 starting at 8am. Reboot process may takes upwards of 15 minutes or so.

During that time, if need a grad or ugrad system, please log into any systems listed in:

https://support.cs.jhu.edu/wiki/Linux_Clients_on_the_CS_Grad/Research_Net

or

https://support.cs.jhu.edu/wiki/Linux_Clients_on_the_CS_Undergrad_Net

If you're currently working on gradx or ugradx, please logout before Friday at 8am.

Any updates will be noted here on this page.

CS COMPUTING LAB AVAILABILITY

MH 122 (Ugrad Lab)

Open as usual.

MH G-61 (Masters/Ugrad Lab)

Lab Closure:

WHAT: Both sides of the CS Masters/Ugrad Lab, MH G61, will be closed due to the ACM Programming Contest.

WHEN: Saturday, November 5, 2016, from 7am - 8pm.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Although these labs will be closed for the ACM Programming Contest, you may still access our Linux systems remotely, via ssh.
