NOTE: This is for access to the department's general use MySQL server.

If you are a student of Dr. Yarowsky's Database class, you will need to get an account for the dbase.cs.jhu.edu machine from your TA.

For MySQL-based access to our MySQL server, mysql.cs.jhu.edu, please fill out a MySQL account form which can be downloaded from the CS Forms webpage, http://www.cs.jhu.edu/forms.

When you have finished completely filling out the form, please return it to Debbie DeFord in NEB 224.
