If you lose or forget your account info (username or password) for either our Linux machines, Windows machines, or our CS e-mail services, please visit Steve DeBlasio in Malone Hall 61A during his posted office hours.
Steve D indicates: "Please stop by Malone Hall G-61A between 12:30pm and 2:30pm most any week day. I may also be available at other times; if you see a yellow sign saying, I am in, then, just knock."
(NOTE: If you are unable to meet Steve D. during his office hours, then, e-mail support@cs.jhu.edu, so that you can schedule to meet him another time.)
Please make sure to bring your J-Card with you.
