- Although we will have a presence in Malone Hall, the CS IT Staff will mostly meet with users online, so, please remember to email support@cs.jhu.edu for assistance.
- Also, please have Zoom available on your device(s), so that we can arrange to contact you using that method as an alternative to in-person communication (for example, certain account-related issues.) For some Zoom meetings, we might require you to show your J-Card or other forms of picture ID.
- Steve DeBlasio will continue to provide a virtual version of his daily office hours for account issues, etc. Write to support@cs.jhu.edu to request Steve D's office hours and his office hours' Zoom meeting access link.
