Welcome to the JHU Computer Science Dept I.T. Group's User Support Wiki

Here, we (the CS IT Support Group) provide documentation on how to use many of our services. (Note: this wiki is only modifiable by the administrators.)

If you need assistance with any of the documentation, or if you need computer assistance with machines or services we support, please e-mail support@cs.jhu.edu

We are available 8:30am to 5pm Monday - Friday, except university holidays.


Beginning March 18, 2020, and until further notice, the CS IT Support Staff will not be available in-person. We will continue to be available M-F, 8:30 to 5pm, but online only. Please see: Obtaining CS IT Services Remotely page for further information.
