Welcome to the JHU Computer Science Dept I.T. Group's User Support Wiki

Here, we (the CS IT Support Group) provide documentation on how to use many of our services. (Note: this wiki is only modifiable by the administrators.)

If you need assistance with any of the documentation, or if you need computer assistance with machines or services we support, please e-mail support@cs.jhu.edu

We are available 8:30am to 5pm Monday - Friday, except university holidays.


Starting Fall semester, 2021, CS IT will be back in Malone Hall. CS IT Staff members will be working in a hybrid schedule, so some of the staff might be working remotely, while others will be on campus. We will continue to be available M-F, 8:30 to 5pm, but although we might be on campus, some of our services may only be provided via online means.
